Confirmed receipt, stated that the clerk’s office handles entry into the public record, and disclosed attending a family Kite Festival where Walbridge was one of several sponsors.

Requested that the Project Flex disclosure letter be retained as official correspondence, associated with the August 5 meeting record, distributed to trustees and Planning Commission members, and made publicly accessible where township procedures allow.
